When i requested to my company for a Salary Certificate as it is required by Bank for Providing Personal loan, i got this answer from the company :

That means that that company also has loans in that particular bank or might be considering of obtaining one in the future. When they apply for that loan(s), the bank normally requires them to get audited first (regular practice). For many reasons, the company might want to provide salary/wages expense account info to the auditors somewhat different than it is providing to you. Those are all just accounting stuff; you have nothing to worry about.
