Loan Problem?

I have a car, however i have to drive 80miles to work and back, and my car isnt the best and ideally i need a car with a bigger engine which can sit on the motorway @ 70mph and can carry 3 adults, atm i have a cinquecento 1.1 and on the motorway it will do 70mph but at 6krpm and will only do about 60mph with passengers and will only carry 2adults. i have found a car i want and have tried just about every company to get a 鎷?500 loan, however i am 18 and been working for 4 months and nobody will give me a loan.what can i do?

Save every penny till you have saved most of the money - stop drinking, partying, buying CDs, all luxuries, etc. Work out your budget to see just how much you can save,

You say your car carries 3 people - why would you carry them that far for free?

Consider moving house to a place much closer to work, balance the cost of the car transport (including fuel, tyres, etc) vs the cost of a place closer - if possible,

Stay away from %26#039;fast cheap credit merchants%26#039; - they cost far more in the long run.

A credit union may be cheaper than a bank - but ask your bank about a personal loan - a credit card which they will want to offer you will have 2-3 times the interest rate.

I%26#039;ve used www. Zopa.com You can borrow there as a high risk borrower. Other people lend you money.

Loan Problem?

Firstly, if you are doing 80 miles a day your car whatever it is, is going to depreciate faster than your loan. You have to accept that it is likely that at some stage, your loan is going to be more than the value of the car, so whatever you buy, you will need to keep it for the term of the loan.

Secondly, if you are paid into your bank account, ask your bank. They have proof that you are working, and can see your income/outgoings. Do a budget planner, and take it to them, and ask if they would lend you the money. If they say yes, go other banks to see what rates are available.

Be aware, you may not get the best rate. Rates advertised on TV are the best rates for the best credit scored clients. The rate you are offered depends on your credit score.

continue to shop around at different banks/building societies. But whatever you do DON%26#039;T go to a loan shark!

Loan Problem?

Save is the answer, getting a loan on a product that will depreciate in value is not the wisest course of action. Also these days credit will be hard to get and be a lot more expensive has well.
