The Repo man just came and got my car. I am going thru a divorce and things are getting tuff to pay. However, I need a car otherwise I can%26#039;t get the kids to school and go to work.
I have tried thru a couple of dealerships and no one will give me a loan. I live in Virginia... Single Mom now and I don%26#039;t even know what to do!!! Please help

You always have the title loan companies I do recommend though that you could sell unneeded stuff on Ebay or craigslist as a means to raise additional income first.

I had my car repo%26#039;d and filed a chapter 13 and got it back that way...as far as a car dealership.....you%26#039;ll end up having to pay a big downpayment...if you have a %26quot;drivetime%26quot; there try them...if not try small dealerships that do there own financing...not the best cars...but if you need something fast go to the little local car lots... Or you could get a bankruptcy lawyer on the phone real quick so you can consolidate your bills and get the car back...not the best option but sometimes we run out of options

You have to be very careful here, there are so many places that advertise that you can get approved for a loan with bad credit. First off, if the repo is very recent, it may not show up on your credit report yet. Do you know what your credit score is? Sounds like you%26#039;ve went thru a few dealerships - is there someone that co-sign for you? Are you looking at a new or used car? Possiby look for a cheap used car to get around.
